Frequently asked questions
What areas does Wil serve?
Wil's focus is northern Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. He is licensed in all three states and works with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
Is Wil licensed in more than one state?
Yes. Wil holds real estate licenses in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut, so he can help whether the home is on one side of a state line or the other.
Does Wil speak Spanish?
Yes. Wil is fluent in English and Spanish, and this website is available in both languages.
How do I find out what my home is worth?
Request a free valuation. We review recent comparable sales and the condition of your home, then talk through a pricing strategy with you. There is no obligation.
How do I schedule a showing?
Use the Request showing form on any listing page, or book a call and tell us which homes you would like to see.
Do I need to be pre-approved before I look at homes?
It is strongly recommended. A pre-approval letter shows sellers you are serious and tells you which price range to search in. We can introduce you to lenders if you do not have one.
Does Wil work with investors and landlords?
Yes. Wil has particular experience with multifamily and income-producing properties, and he works with investors and landlords as well as homebuyers and sellers.
How does Wil get paid?
Wil explains how he is compensated, and what services are included, in writing before you sign an agreement. Ask any questions about it first.
What happens after I send a message?
You will get a confirmation email right away, and we follow up personally. You can also call or text us at (401) 288-2345.
